If you own a villa the cost can be around 100 to 150 euro per month. It is common to pay for 6 months or a whole year in advance.

Property tax needs to be paid to the municipality in May each year. Per 2020 the property tax for a two-bedroom apartment was around 200 - 500 TL and for a villa around 1000 TL.
