Management of your property in Alanya

Professional management of your property is just as important as selling the right property in Turkey


It can be quite challenging to own a property in Alanya. Bills and taxes needs to be paid, insurances needs to be renewed and many more things. Alanyahus will make sure that everything is paid, renewed and followed up properly.

You should only enjoy your holiday!

During the periods you are not here in person, Alanyahus will check and control your home every second week. We will ventilate your home, we check that air conditioning, electricity and water is working as it should. We will also check the sewers on your balconies to make sure they are not clogged up with leaves or similar.

In short - We look after your home when you are not here!

  
Housecare - a service package for home owners in Alanya

The fee for Housecare is paid annually and following services are included:

  • Personal member page with financial overview 
  • Fixed housecare controls 2 times per month 
  • Key storage
  • Regular ventilation
  • Bill payments (electricity, water, property tax, insurance, internet and telephone)
  • Cleaning of A/C-filter 2 times/year
  • Contact and follow-up with insurance company in case of any damages 
  • Possibility to book transfer to/from the airport via our webpage (extra cost)
  • Possibility to book cleaning and laundry via our webpage (extra cost)
  • 24 hours hotline in case of emergency
